This passion propelled me to work on charter fishing boats in Pensacola, then transition to private boats for a period. While I briefly pursued other endeavors, such as operating parasail boats, my love for fishing persisted unwaveringly. I seized every opportunity to fish, and nearly a decade ago, I returned to fishing full-time, without any regrets or second thoughts. As the captain of fishing charters, I take pride in the accomplishments of setting four Alabama state records and one world record. Even though these records may not involve the most commonly caught fish, a record is a record, and I am genuinely thrilled to have provided non-professional anglers with the chance to etch their names in the record books. Deep dropping is my absolute favorite fishing technique! It involves venturing into depths ranging from 300 to 1500ft using electric reels, and every catch is a delightful surprise packed with delectable flavors. Another fishing style that gets my adrenaline pumping is high-speed trolling for Wahoo. Although it may not be everyone's cup of tea due to the slow pace and extensive riding, the moment the reel starts screaming, the rush of excitement is absolutely mind-blowing!
